The Lip Oil can be applied with the warmth of your fingers. The buildable formula allows you to control the colour depth from light to a bold pigment.
Step 1: Apply to the lips and build up coverage as desired for a subtle shine or deep, glossy payoff.
Step 2: Sweep across the eyelids to turn a natural eyeshadow into a glossy look.
Step 3: Dab across the cheekbones to provide a dewy highlighter or natural blush effect.
