Heartwood's Director of Spa and Wellness, Nikki brings a passion to the table (mind the pun) like no other. Her knowledge of and devotion to skincare is a thing of beauty.
Nikki has had a hand in shaping Heartwood into what it is today and is dedicated to helping each client feel their absolute best, with her firm yet gentle touch, warm personality and infinite knowledge of skin and massage.
Since Heartwood's inception, Nikki has developed a loyal following and deeply rewarding relationships with her clients.

TAYLAH JEAN
Taylah's caring nature and passion for holistic healing led her to move from Karratha to the Gold Coast, where she completed her studies at one of Australia's most prestigious Beauty Colleges.
We managed to lure Taylah's talents to Heartwood where she specialises in massage.
Her massage techniques have been applauded by some of Heartwood's most seasoned spa customers and her beaming smile will leave a lasting impression.

Hailing from the East Coast, Leisl brings over 12 years of industry experience, and an enviable wardrobe, to boot.
Having managed her own business as a facialist for many years, Leisl has firmly established herself as one of Perth’s most highly sought-after aestheticians.
Specialising in facials and facial massage, Leisl has an incredible knowledge of and unique manual techniques to improve your skin.

Helen hails from Hong Kong, and has dedicated the last 10 years to developing her love for massage and facial treatments.
Specialising in remedial and pregnancy massage, Helen's hands have taken her through Asia to New Zealand's most prestigious spa and now Heartwood - where she brings all the calm.

SANDY TOLLIS
Sandy is meticulous in her craft as a Massage and Beauty Therapist. Having completed studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Techniques and Remedial Massage among others, she takes a multi-disciplinary approach to providing total bliss.
Sandy's passion is to relieve client stress via intuitive touch and a meticulous and thoughtful approach to skincare. Not only is Caryn a Remedial Massage Therapist, with experience in sports & deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage massage, and aromatherapy massage, she is also an experienced Skincare Formulator.

With a Bachelor of psychology and postgraduate qualifications in counselling under her belt, Jess's passion lies in health and wellness.
After devoting the early years of her career to children with autism, Jess developed an intense interest in wellbeing, exercise and clean beauty, culminating in her career pivot to becoming a qualified Facialist. Her warm spirit and intuitive touch are now one of Heartwood’s greatest assets!
