A 50% deposit is required to secure all spa bookings, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your treatment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your treatment. No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of your treatment.

If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
