At Heartwood we aim to give you a great shopping experience no matter where you live.


Within Australia

Standard (Parcel Post) $10 or FREE on orders $150+ Same state: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express (Express Post) $15 Same state: 1–2 business days
Interstate: 1–3 business days

*All orders ship from Western Australia. Transit to Eastern States can be longer than same-state deliveries. Delivery estimates are guides and start from dispatch.

Once orders are placed, they can’t be edited, added to, or cancelled.


International

Flat rate: $50 AUD to all countries via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and service availability. Please check Australia Post’s International delivery times & destination guide for current estimates and any service suspensions or disruptions. Items to/from regional and rural locations usually take longer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for international orders that exceed the standard parcel weight or dimensions. If additional charges are required, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost.

Important – US Shipments Resumed

Heartwood is pleased to confirm that we are once again shipping to the United States.

When the tariff or shipping cost exceeds the flat international shipping fee, we will contact you via email with a payment link for the additional amount owing before your order is dispatched.

Additional Shipping Information

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (business days). Sales periods, carrier delays and events outside our control can affect delivery times. Estimated times are guides only and commence from dispatch.
  • Heartwood isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Customs charges, duties and import restrictions vary by country; the purchaser is responsible for all fees. For destination-specific rules, please refer to Australia Post’s International Post Guide.
  • One shipping address per order (no multi-address shipping).
  • We’re under no obligation to ship goods until payment is received. If goods are unavailable, we may cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
  • Compensation and delays: Apart from items covered under Australia Post’s standard compensation policy for lost or damaged parcels, Australia Post does not provide refunds or compensation for general delays.
  • Attempted delivery transparency: Australia Post may provide delivery-attempt photos in the MyPost app to improve confirmation of delivery attempts (feature availability may vary).
