The inception of Sancta Solis began with three women who love oil: a ceramics studio owner, a skincare expert, and a graphic designer. Two sisters from Australia and their long-term, London-based friend practiced self-massage in various forms, including abhyanga with warm oil and Gua Sha for the face and body. They all recognised the importance of forming a ritual practice, not only to experience the numerous health benefits—such as improved circulation and tension relief—but also to connect with themselves and their minds daily, regardless of how limited their time or space might feel.

Sancta Solis is about creating rituals to wind down in your own space, it’s spending mindful time on yourself and knowing you are worth taking a moment.
