Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

 

INTERNATIONAL 

$25 AUD Flat Rate for all countries via DHL (with tracking) takes approx. 5 -10 business days. For large international orders, or orders to remote or distant lands, you may be charged additionally, based on international shipping rates.

Please note that although we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Heartwood is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Heartwood is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Unfortunately there’s no shipping to multiple addresses, you may only ship to one address per order.

Heartwood is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Heartwood may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.
