INSTRUCTIONS
Blend one sachet of MetaCleanse (10g) into 200ml of water or your favourite drink. Consume immediately. For a full deep cleanse take one sachet before sleep or after dinner every alternate day for 30 days or take when feeling constipated or bloated.
It is also recommended to follow a balanced healthy diet and lifestyle for optimal level of efficacy. Stay away from any oily or deep fried foods.
